HK-7501 Chemical Ammonia Escape Online Analysis and Monitoring DeviceSuitable for automatic monitoring of escaping ammonia after flue gas denitrification,Compliant with national standards: GBT 18204.25-2000 "Method for determination of ammonia in the air of public places", and power industry standard: DL/T 260-2012 "Test and analysis method for ammonia escape concentration in flue gas in Appendix B of the performance acceptance test specifications for flue gas denitrification devices in coal-fired power plants".

The system adopts high-temperature heat tracing sampling at 180 ℃ -240 ℃. The ammonia in the extracted sample gas undergoes dual absorption by the absorption solution, and the concentration of ammonium salts in the absorption solution is measured by colorimetric method. The concentration of ammonia escaping during the flue gas emission process is then calculated by reverse calculation.


Performing gas-liquid conversion on flue gas and measuring it using chemical colorimetric principles can greatly improve the measurement limit and accuracy, in compliance with national standards and power standards.

The sample filter adopts metal ceramic coating technology, which is suitable for high corrosion and high dust environments. The filtration accuracy is 2 μ m, effectively preventing dust in the flue gas from entering the system. The thin-walled filter element ensures the effectiveness of the system's blowback.

The sampling tube for the sample gas is heated at high temperatures throughout the entire process, and the nodes are independently temperature controlled, which can avoid situations such as ammonium bisulfate adsorption and crystallization blockage in the pipeline.

Adopting the extraction colorimetric method to measure without being affected by environmental factors such as on-site vibration and thermal expansion.

The smoke is extracted by a vacuum generator, which has a simple structure and high reliability.
